Dyed-in-the-wool Irishman

A motorcycle officer from the Belleville Police Department, sporting a green mustache, serves as an outrider during the Nutley St. Patrick’s Day parade. Participants marched down Franklin Avenue, ending at the Knights of Columbus in Nutley where corned beef and cabbage and refreshments were served.
