BHS boys' hoop team defeats Nutley

Tommy Rosario had 18 points and 12 rebounds and Julian Rodriguez posted 10 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, four blocks and two assists to lead the Belleville High School boys’ varsity basketball team to a 49-35 win over Nutley on Tuesday Jan. 17 in Nutley.
Keith Everett also had seven points and two rebounds; Nicholas Martinez had six points and three rebounds; Dominique Issac had five points, two rebounds and two assists and Kevin Cabello had five assists and two steals for the Buccanneers, who improved to 6-4.
Kamal Miller had 13 points and Everett had 12 points in the 62-61 home win over Oratory on Friday Jan. 13.
